Echelon Communities, LLC (Echelon) is a privately owned real estate company that develops, owns and manages multi-family residential and commercial real estate. Echelon is under the leadership of Darryl LeClair and Susan Johnson. Echelon Communities LLC is the Echelon Development subsidiary for multi-family residential investments.
Echelon Communities, LLC is the custom homebuilder of the multi-family industry. Each of our neighborhoods are carefully designed to meet the needs of the residents and to respect each community. Echelon Communities, LLC is dedicated to:
- creating extraordinary residential communities which set new standards for excellence,
- developing residential communities to serve the unique needs of residents, creating better neighborhoods, and
- delivering superior service to meet the needs of our residents.
Property management for the multi-family communities is handled by Echelon Property Management, LLC, a subsidiary of Echelon Communities, LLC. All Community Managers and support staff work for Echelon Property Management, LLC.
